Where to stay

Midtown

The Graduate Hotel - Nashville - The Graduate is a boutique hotel chain located all around the southeast! Some special features of the Nashville location include: the incredible rooftop bar/restaurant, White Limozeen, arguably one of the most Instagrammable spots in all of Nashville! The hotel also features a 21+ karaoke bar and a cafe in the lobby.

Downtown

Fairlane - “Where timeless style meets modern sensibility, and service reigns supreme, The Fairlane Hotel creates a beautiful and vibrant setting for your stay, with just the right balance of luxury and rebellious spirit” Just off Broadway, The Fairlane Hotel is a popular spot for people wanting to hit a night on the town, and only two blocks away from The Ryman Auditorium, it’s a great spot for music lovers -
But, really, isn’t Nashville a whole town for the Music lover?

12 South

Look for Air BnBs in this part of town - Think murals & shopping! 12th South is a fun place to walk the streets, grab lunch, and shop at some local shops! Whites Mercantile is a fav. You’ll pass Dolly Parton’s house that she uses as a recording studio, Reese’s Draper James, & lots of Nashville’s classic murals.

Where to eat

Breakfast/Brunch

Ladybird Taco - For take out! These are the best breakfast tacos you’ll find in a million mile radius! Open from 8am-2pm, you’ll find lunch tacos on their menu, too. But if you know what’s good for you, you’ll get a breakfast option even at lunch! Our favorite is the #3 breakfast taco.
Pinewood Social - Pinewood Social serves brunch until 11 on weekdays, but on weekends the party lasts until 4! Their menu includes lunch, if that’s your style. Personally, the California bowl has my name all over it! Not only can you get a killer brunch at this hot spot, but you can bowl too! Their bowling alley is made from reclaimed wood from an old bowl o'rama in Indiana. Just make reservations ahead of time, and crush those lanes!

Lunch

Radish Kitchen - This cute dining spot in Sylvan Heights is the perfect place to refuel on some healthy lunch. Amanda Fredrickson saw a need in the Nashville community for some quick-but-healthy food and opened Radish in 2020. Their salad and grain bowls are to die for. The steak was a personal favorite, and apparently a favorite of many others, as it sold out on the first day doors were open!

Dinner

5th & Taylor - Located in German town, this American restaurant is always a favorite. The menu is seasonal, so you know it will be good!
Kayne Prime - One of the best steaks you can find  in Nashville. This “chef-chic boutique restaurant” is located on M street, so when you finish dinner, walk to The Gulch for an after dinner drink!
Virago - Calling all sushi lovers!!! This is the place to convert your non-sushi loving friends! And while you’re here, grab the wasabi martini!

Where to get a cocktail

Mother’s Ruin - Another Germantown favorite. Mother’s Ruin has several signature cocktails to offer! Would you try the Pickleback Shot?
Pearl Diver - Pearl Diver is a Tiki Bar in East Nashville. Their menu will transport you to your favorite island!
Flamingo Cocktail Club - Looking to get dressed up and FINALLY have somewhere to go? THe Flamingo Cocktail Club is your spot! This East Nashville Club has a dress code - COCKTAIL ATTIRE!!! Put on a cute dress, grab your WKND WYFR bag, and get a drink at The Flamingo!

What to see and do

Honky Tonk Highway - Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Robert’s Western World, Crazy Town, Honky Tonk Central, Rippy's Smokin' Bar & Grill, just to name a few. Honky Tonks are a Nashville MUST! Get a beer and enjoy the live music any of these hop spots have to offer!
The Ryman Auditorium - The Grand Ole Opry were spent years on this stage, making The Ryman a historical treasure in Downtown Nashville. Johnny Cash met June Carter backstage!! The Coronavirus shut down the venue for many months, but they are operating with CDC guidelines, allowing music lovers to safely enjoy live performances.
The Country Music Hall of Fame - The Museum located inside the Hall of Fame is constantly featuring country legends and breakout country stars!
Green Hills - This part of town is perfect for shopping. Be sure to grab brunch at Restoration Hardware, then walk through Green Hills Mall. When you’re finished, head over to The Greenhouse Bar to get a cocktail!

Best Instagrammable Places

Stay: Dive Motel
Eat: Hampton Social - grab the best froze and snap some pics in front of their infamous “Rose All Day” neon sign!
Drink: White Limozeen - inspired by Dolly Parton, you’re sure to get record likes on this rooftop bar!
Area: Gulch - The Gulch is an urban development and includes great places to eat and drink. It is located between Midtown and Downtown.
We hope you have the best WKND!  Take LOTS of pictures and show off your WKND WYFR goodies!
